 This package provides the base load balancer stack for Edgewatch Bastion.
 It installs the core OpenResty runtime together with ModSecurity, AJP upstream
 support, GeoIP2 integration, and HTTP header manipulation capabilities.

 The stack is intended to act as the minimal HTTP and HTTPS reverse proxy layer
 for Bastion deployments, providing traffic routing, WAF inspection, GeoIP-based
